Exclusive Interview: Chardelle Moore Releases her debut album "Inward Awakening"
The Spiritual Journey of Chardelle Moore
For many people, working for some of the top media companies in the world like Chardelle Moore has, would have been more than enough. It takes only a few seconds of chatting with Chardelle Moore though, to realize she isn't like many people. Chardelle's accomplished career in media was simply a stepping stone into her own destiny as an entrepreneur, and with her new music release, the general public can finally enjoy the fruits of her labor. Motivational Moore Music, the record label owned by Motivational Moore, announces the release of Inward Awakening, the highly anticipated full-length debut album written and executive produced by Chardelle Moore.The seven track project mixes poetry and music in a way that immediately becomes a sound unique to her. Exploring themes of inner power, self-love and spirituality, Chardelle Moore puts an emphasis on elevating the human consciousness. "The truth is, all human beings have been conditioned to some degree," She says. "It takes continuous work to develop your internal compass and honor self." You have a very impressive resume as a media personality and producer. Can you talk about what inspired you to make that move and start your own company in "Motivational Moore"?
Honestly, my intuition. The soul knows things the mind cannot comprehend. I am a multidisciplinary creative. Throughout my career, I have worked for some of the world's leading media companies, BET, CBS, THE CW, FOX, but I knew eventually there would be time to create my own content. After five years as a lifestyle anchor, host, and producer at FOX45 Baltimore, I decided it was time to step out on faith and charter my own path. So, I founded Motivational Moore, a multimedia communications company elevating human consciousness, to produce my production ventures for music, film, television, social and digital content, speeches, poetry, partnerships, events, and beyond. Entrepreneurship is a journey. It's challenging and enriching. Above all, it teaches you invaluable skills like wisdom, patience, and courage. You also learn your strengths and weakness. The dualities are essential to inner and professional growth.

Your debut album "Inward Awakening" has prominent themes of self-love and awareness. How has your own journey of awakening inspired this project?
When you embark on a journey of awakening, you realize what is essential in life. You also recognize that human beings are simply human beings. The truth is no one has this thing called life all figured out. We all have been conditioned by the matrix to some degree. Throughout my awakening, I am learning myself in ways beyond words. As a result, I have more compassion towards myself and others. I also realized how easy it is to feel "less than," for whatever reason. Inward Awakening was inspired to ignite inner power. "Inward Awakening" is described as a poetic-musical fusion. What was your creative process like while making it?
I took my time creating Inward Awakening. Centered around themes of knowledge of self, spirituality, mind expansion, and courage, I spent two years writing and producing this multi-genre collection. When the subconscious mind is free, it's incredible what we can do. When I write, the ideas flow from the supernatural, often when in nature or through self-reflection. Once the thought enters my spirit, I begin to write from the soul. All my songs start as a poem first, then I produce the beat. Making art is beautiful. When I'm in the studio, it is a vibe! You'll find me dancing, crying, jumping, all in the name of freedom! Pure soul fuel!

What's next for you and "Motivational Moore"?
What's next is the now. It’s easy to get caught up in the rat race. I believe life is a journey and making the most of every moment. I have surrendered to the long-term game. Honoring the mind, body, soul, and spirt and creating works to promote soul growth. There are no shortcuts to success. Since its establishment, I am proud to say Motivational Moore empowers people in a way beyond the physical dimension and furthers the discussion around conscious creativity. Stay tuned for Moore!
