For those who were wondering how Batwoman would handle its lead actress opting to leave the show, that inquiry was answered rather quickly in the premiere of Batwoman season 2.
Rather than shying away from Ruby Rose's exit from the show, this season of Batwoman embraces it head on, shaping the storyline around the mysterious disappearance of last season's hero. Ryan Wilder's character is an ex con, accused of a crime she didn't commit. She lives in a van and struggles to find a job without a home address to list as her own. We're looking forward to Javicia Leslie's take on the character.
