A sneak peek at the Animated film "Elizabeth Hardy Private Investigator"
A dope Black Animator, writer and director on the rise
A Black woman stands in a sturdy fighting position, challenging a masked assailant to a fight, Pam Grier style. The masked man charges and we're treated to an entertaining combat sequence, which ultimately results in the sistah kicking his ass. There are a million reasons to check out Emory Rice's work, but his eye for action and storytelling is what appeals to us. Apparently, we're not alone. The black animator has been pulling in a number of awards, most recently earning the Best Action Sequence, Best Voice Actor and Best 2D Action Film at the Urban Action Showcase.Emory has also been hard at work as a writer. His screenplay "Morning Special" was chosen as finalist by 13Horror.com, awarding him a publishing contract to turn the screenplay into a short book coming in 2021. We're on the look out for that, and his upcoming animated crime series coming soon. Expect more awesome action, and dope animation from this award winning filmmaker in the months to come. For more of this kind of of content, including animation, comics and Black animators, click here
